About the Position

Kalyra Communities is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and experienced Quality Coordinator who holds proven experience in systematic approach to regulatory compliance and organisational goal achievement. The person we are seeking will work across the organisation to influence, support and share expertise to promote a culture of quality and innovation and use an evidence based approach to continue Kalyra’s movement towards innovation and best practice.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role will deliver quality processes and outcomes that support Kalyra Communities Quality System ensuring regulatory compliance. This is part time .6 FTE position ( Days negotiable)

Key Accountabilities:

  • Deliver Kalyra’s Quality Assurance program to monitor and ensure compliance & legislative obligations are met.
  • Support the delivery of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and Strategic Projects.
  • Provide training and mentoring to all staff to achieve the Quality Program’s outcomes.
  • Support the Quality Manager in the administration of Kalyra Communities Quality Programs.

 

The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position:

  • A combination of relevant experience, education and training in a similar role for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that demonstrate professional collaboration to ensure deadlines are met and outcomes achieved.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office, email and web based applications.
  • Ability to work both independently but also within a collaborative team environment.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work productively with a broad range of people from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, including senior management, clients, colleagues and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to achieve outcomes within agreed time frames and under time pressures.
